I do love that she calls him ‘dada’ still.

I don’t have time for blogging anymore.

I have time for pharmacy school (which I could argue that I actually need MORE time) and time for family (definitely need more time).

I only have a few hours a day to spend with my girl and even less to spend with the hubby.

There you have it. I might throw in an entry or two during breaks though during Christmas break, I have an immunization class I have to do.

And just to start something, who believes in the H1N1 vaccine and who thinks it’s ‘too new’ (I use those quotation marks sarcastically b/c it’s NOT a new vaccine, but for argumentative purposes, I’ll let you tell me your opinions)

Wow. I thought I would have time, energy, and desire to blog now that school is over for the semester. Turns out, I have none of the above. I’ve taken up reading for pleasure! It’s true. I’ve been able to revisit an old love of reading. I’ve been enjoying some absolutely beautiful weather in good ol’ Tennessee. I’ve even managed a sunburn or two.

Lovey is amazing. She sings constantly. She is so, so smart and inquisitive and intuitive and awesome. She continues to charm the pants off everyone she meets. She’s fearless and curious about the world. She wears anywhere from a 12 to 24 months in shorts but a 2T in shirts. She goes to church every Sunday and most Wednesday nights. She loves KDO and all her friends. She continues to surprise me on a daily basis.

I’m excited to begin my pharmacy school journey this August at the great UT Memphis. Finally. And I’m so glad I didn’t completely give up. I won’t say I didn’t temporarily give up at some time, but I managed to jump back in and stick with it.

So, that’s it for now. Intriguing stuff.

So, a few weeks back, I stumbled up MckMama’s blog. I was captivated by her bravery and admired her strength. I was in awe of little Stellan. And I nearly wept with joy when he got to go home!

In honor of one of my new favorite blogs, I present

I did not take a nap this morning after taking Lovey to KDO. I spent those five hours tirelessly scrubbing floors and doing laundry. I did not neglect all household chores today. Not.at.all.

I also did not wait to take a shower until 1:30 this afternoon right before I picked Lovey up from KDO.

While Lovey played at the mall, I did not sip on a Starbucks and judge that mama for her jugs hanging out of her shirt. I totally studied the whole time.

I did not let Lovey have two sour gummy worms this morning. Not the two greens one that she wanted. Nope.

Well, I promise to get better with my Not Me Mondays. I didn’t have much time today as I have a Biochemistry final in the morning.
